To allow proper judging of research papers and literary submissions it is asked that they be submitted to the Pent coordinator in advance by email (nihilxaos AT gmail DOT com). PDF, MS Word, and OpenOffice/LibreOffice formats are preferred. The following information must be included in the body of the email:

1) Full SCAdian name
2) your local SCA group
3) your mundane name
4) your full mailing address
5) whether you are submitting said paper as a novice, singles, or group entry.

If you are unable to submit the paper by email it must be sent in via US Post at the following address:

All emailed papers must be received by and mailed entries postmarked by February 28th, 2014.
