How prevalent would you say “peer fear” is in Æthelmearc, and how do you find that compares with the rest of the Known World? (Part of the reason I ask is that I find I’ve no qualms about “asking a peer” whenever I see one around town — because they’re so darn friendly it’s hard to care about titles!)
