Greetings from the Rhydderich Hael. With the passing of His Lordship Wolfgang Starcke the Barony has suffered a great loss, not only of a good friend, but also of the long standing autocrat of Ice Dragon. To that end, at this time I am officially assuming the role of autocrat for Ice Dragon 2018. Lady Genevieve O’Connor has willing agreed to act as my deputy autocrat. There is a lot of work to be done in a very short time but we have a strong Barony and good people, and I am confident in our success.
Over the next few days I will be reaching out to my staff and getting up to speed on where we are in the planning process. I also encourage staff to reach out to me day or night. I will be looking to fill several staff positions that I believe are still vacant and will provide more information on that soon. I have already received multiple offers of help, and I thank each and every person for their offer of service.
Several people have asked about reservations. For event and salon reservations, please continue to send reservations to Her Ladyship Katerine Starcke. She has willingly agreed to continue in this role. If you already sent in a reservation and have concerns about it, please contact Her Ladyship or myself with your questions. Please send merchant reservations and questions to Lord Rhys Penbras ap Dafydd , and Pent questions to Mistress Cori.
