Greetings Unto the Most FANTASTIC Kingdom of Æthelmearc!
This is your Pennsic Chamberlain here, asking for your assistance and service.
On Sunday, July 28th from 9 -11 in the morning (approx 8 people at a time), we will be at the trailer to unload all the stuff for the Royal encampment. Please reach out to me so that we don’t have an abundance of people at one time. And from 10 -2 PM(ish) of the same day (approximately 20 people at one time), we will be at AE Royal starting to put up the Hospitality and Scribal tents.
We will start break down at 9 AM on Friday, August 9th. Same number of people above. I know there is a lot of stuff still going on, but remember, many hands make quick and lighter work.
There will be lunch provided for those who show up to help.
