Populace of Æthelmearc,

This Sunday We will be holding Curia. In addition to officer reports and financial updates, it is Our intention to bring up for discussion the following topics:

1) The status of the Kingdom trailer purchase.
2) Creating a policy regarding a youth site token for events requiring a means of identifying child and parent.
3) Adding a new award level with three new awards that would recognize a single outstanding act of martial accomplishment, service, or Arts & Science. The awards would be given out at the whim of the King and Queen, have no impact on an individual’s Order of Precedence and could be awarded to an individual multiple times.
We encourage everyone who is interested in the discussion or has opinions to attend.
